Crystal Cruises was a long-established luxury brand that ceased operations in 2022 following parent company Genting Hong Kong's bankruptcy. The brand was acquired in 2022 by Abercrombie & Kent's A&K Travel Group, which relaunched it in 2023 with 2 ships (Crystal Symphony, Crystal Serenity). Headquartered in Miami, Florida. Crew contracts run 4-6 months with very-high pay tier. The relaunched Crystal is smaller than the pre-2022 operation and is rebuilding its officer and hotel pipeline.
