Crew contracts run 3-5 months with high-tier pay. The French-language operational environment is significant — many guest-facing positions require working French, and the company's recruitment pipeline favours French and French-speaking African candidates. Watch for

Working French is genuinely useful (not just preferred) for many positions, especially in the hotel department. Ice-class and polar-expedition operations need specialised training.
