New York Produce Exchange standard time-charter form, current revision NYPE 2015 (jointly published by ASBA, BIMCO, and the Singapore Maritime Foundation). The form is the dominant standard for dry-cargo time charters worldwide. It covers vessel description, hire rate, trading limits, off-hire, bunker quality, cargo handling responsibilities, and the standard war / strike / ice clauses. The 2015 revision modernised the off-hire wording, the speed-and-consumption performance regime, and added a BIMCO Sanctions Clause; many recap agreements still cite NYPE 1946 with extensive amendments.
