This registry lists 531 manning and crewing agencies holding licences from the major supplying-nation authorities — the Philippine DMW (Department of Migrant Workers), India's DG Shipping, Ukraine's Maradmin (State Service of Maritime and Inland Water Transport), and Indonesia's DGST (Directorate General of Sea Transportation).
