This registry lists 531 manning and crewing agencies holding licences from the major supplying-nation authorities — the Philippine DMW (Department of Migrant Workers), India's DG Shipping, Ukraine's Maradmin (State Service of Maritime and Inland Water Transport), and Indonesia's DGST (Directorate General of Sea Transportation). All listed agencies were operating under active licences at time of compilation.
