Symphony of the Seas is an Oasis-class cruise ship built by Chantiers de l'Atlantique at Saint-Nazaire and delivered in 2018. At delivery she was the world's largest cruise ship; she held the title until Wonder of the Seas in 2022. Symphony introduced expanded Suite Class accommodation and the largest indoor children's water park at sea. Operates principally on Caribbean and Mediterranean itineraries.
Crew complement around 2,200. Service-rhythm cadence varies between the Caribbean (faster turnarounds, US homeport logistics) and Mediterranean (longer port calls, European multi-language guest mix). Symphony's engineering plant uses the same MAN-ES dual-fuel + Wärtsilä auxiliary configuration as her sisters, with one notable difference being the slightly refined hot-water system.
