Overview

Teekay Corporation, headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda, is a public-listed shipping and offshore-services group split into Teekay Corp (parent + offshore + LNG legacy) and Teekay Tankers (the publicly-listed tanker business). The group has divested most of its LNG fleet to Stonepeak; LNG operations now run via Teekay LNG Partners' successor entities. Operates around 50 vessels in the current configuration.
