Overview
Song Thu Corporation is a shipbuilder in Da Nang, central Vietnam, run under the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defence. It specialises in search-and-rescue vessels, offshore and coastal patrol boats, oil-spill-response and environmental-protection ships, tugs, and buoy tenders, building many of them to licensed Damen designs. Alongside defence and government work it takes commercial orders, making it one of Vietnam's more diversified specialist yards.
