2. Contact the financial-security insurer named on the DMLC Part II onboard (you photographed it above).
3. Notify the ITF Inspectorate at the next port — find-an-inspector.
4. Notify the flag-state administration. Routes at /rights/flag-state-complaints.
5. Register on the IMO/ILO Joint Database of Abandoned Seafarers (your ITF inspector can do this on your behalf).
6. If at a port: notify port-state control. Routes at /rights/port-state-control-complaints.
