Most international seafarer-welfare centres are affiliated with the Mission to Seafarers, Stella Maris (Apostleship of the Sea), NAMMA, the Sailors' Society, Deutsche Seemannsmission, Sjømannskirken, Sjömanskyrkan, Sømandsmissionen, or the Seamen's Church Institute. Local seafarer clubs and ITF-hosted facilities are also common.

Without organisational context, expect a baseline of free wifi, transport to and from the ship if available, and chaplaincy or welfare-worker support. Confirm opening hours and services in advance, especially on Sundays and public holidays.
Bring your seaman's book and a working phone; the chaplaincy will advise on what else you might need based on the local port conditions.
