Summary

The Panama-flagged general cargo vessel Azraqmoiah was abandoned at Fujairah anchorage, UAE, in August 2017 with 10 Indian, Myanmar, and Sudanese crew. The vessel joined a small fleet of abandoned tonnage in the Fujairah roads that ITF and Mission to Seafarers Fujairah shepherded through 2017-2020 while owners went uncontactable and MLC certificates lapsed.
