Summary

The Tanzania-flagged (Zanzibar registry) general cargo vessel Nabil H was abandoned at Suez anchorage during the COVID-19 lockdown period. Eight crew from Egypt, Syria, and India remained on board. Tanzania (Zanzibar) is another small open registry where DMLC verification is weaker — a pattern seen repeatedly across the case index.
