How to lodge a claim
Seafarer or family calls the 24/7 emergency number. Have IMO number, vessel name, your CoC, and a copy of your contract ready. Gard's Emergency Response service is one of the fastest in the industry — you can expect an initial call-back within 30 minutes on abandonment claims.
