How to lodge a claim
Japanese-flag protocol — most claims flow through the Japanese ship-manager's Tokyo office rather than direct-to-Club. For Filipino/Indian crew on Japanese-controlled tonnage, ITF inspector at the next port is often more effective than direct Japan P&I call.

Underwrites almost all Japanese-controlled deep-sea tonnage (NYK, MOL, K-Line + associated bulkers/tankers).
