Do: follow the welfare centre's security advisory; use only registered taxis or pre-booked vans. Don't: travel alone in unfamiliar areas. Watch for: occasional political/security disruption affects port-area movement. The welfare centre's transport network is reliable and is the principal way crew access the city.
