Data is scraped from the public detention lists weekly and held for 2 years. Other regional MoUs (USCG, AMSA, Indian Ocean MoU, Black Sea MoU, Caribbean MoU, Riyadh MoU, Mediterranean MoU, Viña del Mar Agreement, Abuja MoU) publish their own lists; this index covers Paris and Tokyo only at present.
