Overview
Sembcorp Marine merged into Seatrium in 2023. Historically headquartered in Singapore, Sembcorp was the second-largest Singapore offshore-and-marine yard and a major builder of drillships, semi-submersibles, and FPSO conversions. The Tuas Boulevard megayard remains the principal Seatrium operational base.
