If you also want email reminders, this sends a snapshot of the list above (type, reference, expiry date) to our server — the weekly reminder email covers anything within 90 days of expiry. Double opt-in; every email has a one-click unsubscribe that also deletes the snapshot. Re-submit after changing your list to refresh the snapshot.

When to use this tool
Monthly review + before every crew change. Set up when you first receive your CoC + endorsements + medical certificate; keep updated as you renew each item. Also useful for shore-side managers tracking multiple crew members' expiry timelines.
Regulatory basis
STCW Convention Regulation I/11 requires 5-year revalidation of certain STCW certificates. MLC 2006 Standard A1.2 requires medical certification. Flag-state CoC + endorsements have their own validity windows. Passport + visa validity is set by national regulations + port-state entry rules (typically 6-month passport validity minimum for crew signing off in most jurisdictions).
