Reading list

NOR is governed by the charter party — its form, timing, and tender method must follow the C/P clauses.
WIBON / WIPON / WIFPON / WCCON clauses determine whether NOR can be tendered before berthing.
Acceptance vs "deemed accepted" — many C/Ps deem acceptance after a fixed time has lapsed.
BIMCO standard forms (GENCON 1994, ASBATANKVOY, NYPE 2015) each have their own NOR conventions.
