A Houthi water-borne uncrewed surface vessel (USV) — a small boat packed with explosives — struck the Greek-owned Liberian-flag bulker Tutor in the engine room, causing catastrophic flooding. One Filipino seafarer was killed. The remaining crew abandoned ship and were rescued by USS Philippine Sea. The vessel sank on 18 June, becoming the second confirmed loss of the campaign. The incident confirmed the Houthis' USV capability against underway commercial tonnage.
